有關Avaira^TM Toric及BioComfort XO Toric 散光隱形眼鏡自願性回收事宜

酷柏光學(香港)現自願性回收Avaira^TM Toric散光隱形眼鏡及BioComfort XO Toric散光隱形眼鏡，是次回收是因為個別批次的Avaira^TM Toric散光隱形眼鏡及BioComfort XO Toric散光隱形眼鏡鏡片上發現有微量的殘留物，本公司在海外曾接獲少數有關配戴後短暫視力模糊及配戴不適的投訴，雖然投訴症狀屬短暫，但本公司作為負 責任的機構，會第一時間積極妥善地處理顧客投訴，以顧客的利益為大前提，而事實上，受影響的批次亦只有102盒曾進口本港。

雖然是次受影響的只是個別批次的Avaira^TM Toric散光隱形眼鏡及BioComfort XO Toric散光隱形眼鏡，但為了省卻消費者的麻煩，本公司決定除了回收受影響批次外，其他批次亦會在香港作全面性回收。是次受影響的產品只限個別批次的Avaira^TM Toric及BioComfort XO Toric散光隱形眼鏡，並且本公司其他任何系列的產品是絕對不受任何影響。

如消費者有Avaira^TM Toric及BioComfort XO Toric散光隱形眼鏡，請停止配戴及向購買的店舖進行退貨，我們會對受影響的客戶安排換貨服務，如有任何疑問，可以致電酷柏光學客戶服務熱線3718 0688。

酷柏光學的Avaira^TM Toric散光隱形眼鏡及BioComfort XO Toric散光隱形眼鏡是沒有在中國及台灣銷售的。

Avaira^TM Toric and BioComfort XO Toric contact lenses – Voluntary Recall

CooperVision Hong Kong is voluntarily initiating a recall on all Avaira^TM Toric and BioComfort XO Toric contact lenses. This recall was initiated because of the presence of small quantity of residue on lenses from certain lots of Avaira^TM Toric and BioComfort XO Toric contact lenses. CooperVision received a small number of complaints overseas of temporary hazy or blurry vision and discomfort. Although temporary and transient, as a responsible company, CooperVision immediately and proactively handle the patient complaints and put patients’ benefits as first priority. Besides, only 102 boxes of affected product were imported into Hong Kong.

Though products being affected are limited to certain lots only, to save patients’ trouble, CooperVision Hong Kong has decided to recall not only the affected lots but all Avaira^TM Toric and BioComfort XO Toric contact lenses from the Hong Kong market. The actual affected products are limited to certain lots of Avaira^TM Toric and BioComfort XO Toric contact lenses and all the other products from CooperVision are not affected.

Any patients, who have Avaira^TM Toric and BioComfort XO Toric contact lenses, should discontinue wear and please return the products immediately to your optical stores.
